Every bylaw on the municipality’s public listing: number, title, adoption date, type (read from the title), the bylaw it amends, the municipality’s own short description, consolidated and commonly requested flags, and links to its page and official PDF. `q` takes a bylaw number (returns that bylaw first, then the bylaws amending it) or words (all must appear in the title or description). Newest first. An index of the municipality’s bylaw listing. Every folder in the City’s open data (building permits since 2016 and planning applications since 2012), refreshed daily, newest first. `open=true` keeps folders still moving through the City’s process (new, in progress, on hold, active). Plumbing and sign permits are left out unless asked for with `category` or `minor=true`. Service requests logged by the City (potholes, garbage, water, animals, bylaw...), from the City’s open data, refreshed daily. Counts for the `days` up to the newest day in the data (the City publishes a day or two behind), each with `previous` (average of the four windows before) and `change` (%).
