Our development tracker shows building permits, rezonings and planning applications as the City files them; council decisions are in the civic news and meeting minutes. Big public projects have their own pages on the City’s engagement site.

Search the development tracker by street or project to see permits and applications and their status. For council decisions on public facilities, check the civic news topic and the council meeting records; the City’s Get Involved site has project pages and consultations. Private projects such as new stores become visible when they apply for permits.
