RT3: Residential Cluster
RT3 (Residential Cluster) is a residential zone for homes (detached houses, duplexes, fourplexes, row houses and stacked townhouses). Density is capped at about 25 homes per hectare. Buildings can be up to 10 m tall (2.5 storeys) and cover up to 45% of the lot. New lots need at least 2,000 m² and 35 m of frontage.

Purpose
“The purpose is to provide a zone for comprehensively planned clusters of single detached and semi-detached housing, in a bare land strata format with urban services.”
