UNBC or CNC? And where do students live?

UNBC is the university (degrees, graduate programs, medicine with UBC); CNC is the college (diplomas, trades, university transfer, health programs). Both have campus housing; off campus, students look for places on a direct bus route to campus.

Checked October 1, 2026. Numbers update on their own.

Compare programs, wait lists and costs on each school’s site. For housing, apply to campus residence early, then look along the routes that run straight to campus: our newcomer and student page lists them from the live transit schedule, with the neighbourhoods they serve. StudentAid BC covers loans and grants.
