About

Purden Lake Park is found east of Prince George, on the north shore of Purden Lake. The Cariboo and Rocky Mountains surround the park. The park’s upland is very forested with open areas near the lakefront. The lakefront is great for scenic shoreline strolls or swims, and is also a popular fishing spot.
