This popular site is the third of the Tacheeda Lakes rec sites. Although still located in a scenic area along the shore, the site is located immediately adjacent to the main road. Some noise and dust from road traffic should be expected.

Getting there
*Note that the Chuchinka-Colbourne Road is an extremely busy industrial road. The use of two-way forestry radios is highly recommended. Please drive cautiously at all times and be aware of high volumes of heavy industrial traffic.* From Prince George, drive approximately 85 Km on Highway 97 North and right on Chuchinka-Colbourne (2000) FSR. After 7 km the road turns into the 800 Road (keep left). Continue along this road and the site is located at km 840 on the left side of the road.
