Booking City property
- Anyone booking a City park, hall, arena or pool needs at least $5 million in commercial general liability insurance. You can buy one-day event cover online.
- Amplified sound needs a noise permit, and public events need a Special Event Permit (free to apply).
- Propane barbecues are fine in parks, but not directly on tables. Caterers can serve your guests but can’t sell to the public.
